Introducing MBCC (Modern Building Contracting Co. LLC) is a pleasure and pride to me. This company was able to attain the trust of so many clients, employees, sta, suppliers and respect of nancial institutions, engineering rms in a short period of time. Its growth was indeed remarkable.
Through the years MBCC has developed policies and procedures creating a robust framework all departments and projects follow to orient them in their daily work.
These policies are constantly re ned and do not replace the laws and regulations; they are intended as guide insuring our people remain compliant with our standards of excellence as well as the most up to date rules and regulations in the dierent jurisdictions we operate in.

Introducing MBCC (Modern Building Contracting Co. LLC) is a pleasure and pride to me. This company was able to attain the trust of so many clients, employees, staff, suppliers and respect of financial institutions, engineering firms in a short period of time. Its growth was indeed remarkable.
The consistency and the spirit, the training of staff, the adaptation of new employees was a phenomena by itself. I feel personally proud that I had the chance to be within this working organization. Zero resignation, utmost loyalty, commitment and dedication from all the staff made what was accomplished possible.
Credibility as taught by my father Mohammad Reffaat paid back – as this is the best investment.
MBCC has attained its reputation as a company with credibility and we are still investing on keeping this reputation.
