Management Information System
· MBCC uses a centralized Database, linking all departments together: HR, Purchasing, Tender, Contracts, BOQ,General Accounting & Analytical Accounting, Fixed Assets/PMV, Warehouses, Personnel and Secretary.
· MBCC automated the whole work of all departments in order to speed up the cooperation between all departments and the response to the sites requirements. For this, MBCC is using the best IT technology.
· MBCC has installed IT systems on sites, where the site administration can track all suppliers deliveries, process material requests, process all labor forms needed for the daily work and the possibility to process the daily or weekly reports prepared by the project manager for the Top Management of the company.
· MBCC has also installed IT systems in the camps to track all labors transactions as Health, room situation or other matters.
